Children/Young People 7 years - 16 years

Owing to the popularity of equestrian activities we do not have any spaces at the present time to take on any new children for riding on Saturdays during the day or on Tuesday & Thursday after school.

We have a selection of 16 horse and ponies who are suitable for junior riders including those with disabilities.

We offer flat work lessons and hacks. Jumping is not available.

Children are normally booked in on a termly basis.

School Groups

We offer weekly or one-off lessons to school groups.

Non riding Equine therapy sessions are also available.

Adult Riding

Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre is a charity for children but as part of our fund raising campaign we do offer some riding sessions for adult riders. These sessions are held at times when the children are not riding.

Please note we only have 2 larger horse.

As a result we have a strict weight limit for each individual horse.

Birthday Party One hour of pony fun including pony rides & an hour for a picnic/tea party. Catering is not provided.

Riding Clinics for Senior/Adult riders are held on Sundays

Pony Kindergarten for 3 - 6 year olds One hour of pony fun held on the last Saturday of the month. 11.30 -12.30

Learning skills will include Pony Care, Grooming, Mucking Out, Tacking up, Tack Cleaning, Quizzes and a mounted riding lesson
